The comedian posted a photo of his new Hillary Clinton tattoo to Instagram on Friday alongside a very nice caption.
"Wanted to get @hillaryclinton a Christmas gift so I got a tattoo of my hero," he wrote. "Thanks for being such a badass and one of the strongest people in the universe."

Clinton's official account later left a message for Davidson in the comments section.
"Thanks, @petedavidson, This makes it significantly less awkward that I’ve had a Pete Davidson tattoo for years. But seriously, I’m honored. Merry Christmas my friend," it reads.
What a delightful and weird turn of events. To celebrate, I will be getting a tattoo of Pete Davidson getting a tattoo of Hillary Clinton. Thanks.
