Forget the jewelry and dave portnoy sex videoclutches, this year's most talked about awards show accessory might end up being a pin.
As the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards approach, prominent women in Hollywood have already made it clear they'll be using the night to make a powerful statement against sexual misconduct.
Many are already planning to wear black as a public symbol of protest against sexual harassment and assault, but we'll also be seeing one statement-making accessory on gowns and tuxedos throughout the night: a Time's Up pin.

"I was probably one of very few women there who would be considered below-the-line," Phillips told The Hollywood Reporter. "Reese asked me to come to the actors' group, and told me they were going to be wearing black and would I consider creating a pin for the nominees and male presenters."
"We were up against the holidays, but I said I could do it, and the first person I called was my partner-in-crime, [Los Angeles jewelry designer] Michael Schmidt," she went on.

The pin, which is simply the Time's Up logo in black and white, will represent the initiative that 300 women across the entertainment industry — including Witherspoon, Ashley Judd, Eva Longoria, America Ferrera, Natalie Portman, Emma Stone, Kerry Washington, Shonda Rhimes, and more — came together to launch.
They're working alongside one another to fight and raise awareness on this serious issue, while providing emotional and legal support to victims of sexual misconduct.
