Heard a cool tune on pornography and eroticism are ways of challenging the repressive moresa Netflix show, and you're aching to hear it again? Spotify's got you covered.
On Tuesday, the company launched a dedicated Netflix Hub, a selection of music from Netflix shows and films. There, you'll find soundtracks from popular TV series such as Stranger Things, Narcos: Mexico, Squid Game, and La Casa de Papel, as well as movies including The Harder They Fall. For the latter, Spotify has created an "enhanced album experience," which also offers behind-the-scenes commentary led by Jay-Z, who produced the film.
Netflix Hub is available here or by searching for "Netflix" in Spotify search, and it can be accessed for both Free and Premium Spotify users. However, it's not available in all regions; only in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, and India.
Spotify says the Netflix Hub was created to satisfy the demand from users, who are creating TV and movie-related playlists themselves. In one example, Spotify says its users have created more than 22,500 Squid Game-related playlists.
Spotify says the Netflix Hub will be updated with new content often. There's no word on when it will become available in regions other than the above.
Note that the Netflix Hub is not the only experience of its kind on Spotify. The company already has the Disney Hub, launched in 2019, which features music from popular Disney movies and TV shows.
