Oscar host Jimmy Kimmel made a pretty good point about the impossible beauty standards actresses face in Hollywood -- a point a lot of actresses in Hollywood have sex-auto-eroticismalready made.
That includes Amy Poehler and Tina Fey when they pretty much made the same exact joke a couple years ago hosting the Golden Globes. People on Twitter were quick to notice.

And hey, it's a common joke, but it was definitely fresher coming from Poehler and Fey, who know what it's actually like from women in the industry.
