"He was just having a good time, and hyping everyone -- it was great," Anning told WA Today.
"Everyone was enjoying it and he was taking selfies with people, and socialising -- he was a champion."
The video, in which Anning can be heard saying "My man! My man!" has been viewed over 350,000 times on Facebook, since going up on Friday.
Only one day earlier at the same event, another group of party-loving police were filmed hyping the crowd.
