The boredom written on his face is something we've all felt in our lifetime. After all, when you're dedicated to saving lives of swimmers in a room full of professionalswimmers, you can't help but feel your role is a little pointless.
We hope he's being paid good money for it.
If anything, this lifeguard deserves a gold medal in fortitude in the face of having so little to do. It must be a thankless job.
