Though Apple hasn't made any formal announcements about changes in availability, many people are now reporting their iPhone X orders are being moved up several days, or even weeks, ahead of their original estimates.

Notably, this doesn't seem to be happening with all pre-orders, and it's not clear if this more prevalent for certain carriers, or people taking advantage of Apple's trade-in program.
Whatever the case, though, it looks like Apple is going to be making at least some iPhone fans very happy in the next few days as they get their phones quicker than expected. Of course, that's little comfort to those who will still have to wait weeks to get the phone, but if pre-orders are already moving at a faster clip, there's at least some reason to hope more could be moved up ahead of schedule as well.
