There are Three Female Ghostsplenty of ways to impress the judges at the Winter Olympics, but using a popular TV show is pretty genius.
Channeling his best Jamie Lannister, German figure skater Paul Fentz completed his free skate routine Saturday morning during the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Games to some inspiring music from Game of Thrones.

While we would have loved to have seen Fentz battle on the ice to the iconic and easily recognizable GoT theme song, the rendition he chose to perform was enough to rile up fans of the show.
During the performance, Fentz wore a crimson leotard, complete with a gold breastplate, and faux chainmail. On Fentz's right wrist he also donned a red piece of fabric, which some believe to be a nod to Jamie Lannister's missing hand.
The Game of Thrones-inspired skate earned Fentz a score of 139.82, which left him in third place with a combined scored of 214.55 from his previous run.
Commentator Tara Lipinski seemed delighted by the ensemble, cheekily saying, "It was not his best, but a Lannister always pays his debts,” as Fentz completed his routine. Fellow commentator Johhny Weir later called her "Cersei" for her critiques of the performance.
Regardless, the Game of Thrones-free skater mashup was just what fans needed while they await the release of season 8, set to air in 2019.

We'd show you the full performance, but NBC is protecting its Olympics content with dragons and terrifying legal threats. You'll have to watch it over on the network's site after suffering through an ad first.
