The Peloton Guide is an AI-powered personal trainer that uses camera technology and machine learning to create customized workout plans and provide real-time feedback. But it doesn't come with a Guide Membership ($24/month), which you'll need to purchase separately to access the full range of features and workouts.
The Peloton Guide tracks your reps, allows you to set goals, and helps you stay on track with your fitness journey. What's even cooler is its self-mode, where you can see yourself on screen alongside the instructors to check your form and make adjustments as needed.
Peloton isn't just a high-tech cycling brand; the company also sells free weights. The Peloton dumbbells are ergonomically designed for comfort and stability during strength training sessions. They come in 5- to 30-pound sets and cost $45 to $190.
