Twitter user Caolan McAree (@caolanmcaree) witnessed,Watch Bikini Pirates (2006) but sadly wasn't invited to, the hottest shindig of the year right in the middle of his local bar. He was just hanging out when he saw a dog walk in, dressed to the nines, and receive a super warm welcome from all the other patrons there.

McAree tweeted that the owner of a lucky bulldog, affectionately named Mr. Wrinkles, rented out a private area just for the drooling birthday boy and his tail-wagging guests.

As soon as he walked inside, all eyes were on Mr. Wrinkles as he strutted in with a glow-in-the-dark twinkling vest and a very handsome collar to match.

And with his small yet adorable best friend right beside him, Mr. Wrinkles was ready to begin the fur-stivities.

We can only imagine how these pups woke up the morning after: maybe with a couple of aspirin and barka-seltzer perhaps?
