As President Donald Trump assumes the oval office,Omnibus Archives an anti-Trump petition is climbing up the popularity charts on whitehouse.gov.

"The unprecedented economic conflicts of this administration need to be visible to the American people," the petition reads. This, it says, includes "any pertinent documentation which can reveal the foreign influences and financial interests which may put Donald Trump in conflict with the emoluments clause of the Constitution."
Trump has not released his tax returns, a move seen by many Americans as concealing how his finances may be tied up in countries around the world, and preventing Americans from knowing to whom their president owes money. Some are also arguing it prevents Americans and the rest of the world from understanding the extent of the president's conflicts of interest.
